BLESS A CHILD FOUNDATION

Bless a Child Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Uganda, East Africa. They are committed to improving cancer treatment and care for children living in Uganda. The organization's services are implemented by committed and well-trained staff and volunteers. Through their services they are providing opportunities for children to receive the cancer treatment they need and most likely would not otherwise be able to have.

The mission of Bless a Child Foundation is to improve the quality of life of children with cancer and their families through enhancing their emotional, social, and medical well-being. Their priorities are to ensure that all children receive the cancer treatment they need. By providing access to these critically needed procedures, each child has the opportunity to return home and grow up to lead a long, happy, and healthy life.

Bless a Child Foundation also provides a home away from home for children and their parents during treatment. They provide a bed, meals, school for the children, play and art therapy, and parent support groups.

All of the services for the children and families are free. They totally depend on the generous support of their friends and partners.
