ROOM FOR JOY

Room for Joy is dedicated to enhancing the healing process of chronically ill children by providing positive, imaginative bedroom environments. They create "dream bedrooms" based on each child's unique interests, using wall murals, custom furniture and creative accessories to highlight each room. They give special attention to the medical, physical and emotional needs of each child by adding special touches that personalize the rooms and fulfill their dreams. Their designers, master carpenters and artists work diligently to create custom furniture to contain and conceal medical equipment to insure the child's room looks less like a hospital and more like their very own sanctuary. It is said that happiness and laughter are the best medicine and Room for Joy creates bedrooms that provide those vital elements for children during their medical treatment and healing process.

Our Involvement

Room for Joy is one of our newest relationships. We have assisted them with a bedroom for Luz, a ten year old girl suffering with Lupus. Featured here is a picture of her new bedroom. We look forward to our future with them.
